Do you need a recipe to use up your zucchini from your garden that got to large? Then this recipe is perfect. It creates the most moist and chocolaty zucchini bread you will have. Best of all it’s quick and easy. I created the base using chocolate cake mix and chocolate pudding.
This is what you will need:
1 Pack Chocolate Cake Mix
1 Pack Instant Chocolate Pudding
3/4 Cup finely shredded zucchini ( I used the food processor)
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350 Degrees. Combine cake mix, chocolate pudding, eggs, water, and vegetable oil then mix until combined. Then add your finely shredded zucchini and mix. Last add your chocolate chips and mix to combine.
Grease two 9×5 inch bread pans. Split the mix between the two and bake for 45 minutes or until done.
The bread comes out so moist and rich.
